Delivery Timeframe

At Getzofy, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

We currently deliver to all major locations. If your area is not serviceable, our support team will notify you at the earliest.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your package is shipped.

  • Free shipping may be available for specific orders or promotions.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery timeline, delays may occur due to:

In such cases, we will keep you updated on your order status.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt one or two more deliveries. If still unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and you may need to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

If you receive a damaged product or an item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
